The fare at Spring celebrates the changing seasons and reflects our bounteous hinterland so that diners may enjoy produce from Australia’s finest farms and vineyards in casual, elegant surrounds for breakfast, lunch, afternoon drinks or dinner. The stylish setting also offers an ideal venue for events and the welcoming team of staff complete the picture, allowing for the pure pleasure of food to take centre stage.
The culinary team is led by new Head Chef Emlyn Thorrington. Bringing to the table some 20 years’ experience in the food industry, Emlyn has redesigned the menus at Spring to tribute the source of fresh produce used in dishes and uphold an ethos to serve simple, but delicious cuisine.
